1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your ") and xv8 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the xv8 website located at xv8.club, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and related features (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the xv8 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. 2 Eligibility & Registration

3 Account Obligations

As a registered player on xv8, you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, all withdrawals requested, and all communications sent via your account credentials. You must:

• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and never share them with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password for your xv8 account and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to protect your account from unauthorised access.

• Not use any automated tool, bot, scraper, or artificial intelligence system to interact with the xv8 platform in a manner that is not consistent with normal human use.
• Not engage in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or any other activity designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.

xv8 reserves the right to monitor account activity at all times. Accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or any other violation of these Terms will be suspended pending investigation. During an investigation, all funds in the account will be held and withdrawals will be blocked until the investigation is resolved.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

xv8 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected to serve Bangladesh-based players. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on xv8 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. • Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Real-money funds are used and wagered first. Once real-money funds are exhausted, bonus funds are used.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on xv8 are subject to the platform's general betting rules as well as the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, game, or market. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

Sports Betting: All sports bets, including cricket betting markets covering the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and international matches, are subject to the event rules and market settlement procedures published on the xv8 platform. In the event of a dispute regarding market settlement, xv8's decision shall be final.

• Bets that have been accepted and confirmed are binding. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except where a specific cash-out facility is offered and available for that market at the relevant time.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

xv8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point during KYC verification.
• The player has breached any of these Terms & Conditions in any material respect.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent activity, attempted chargebacks, or any form of financial manipulation involving the platform.
• The player is found to be operating multiple accounts on xv8.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has been identified as engaging in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other form of systematic exploitation of the platform.
• xv8 is required to close the account to comply with a legal obligation, regulatory instruction, or court order.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, xv8 will notify the player via their registered email address and provide a reasonable timeframe within which the player may respond with any relevant documentation or explanation. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, full access to the account will be restored without delay.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, xv8 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds, where such forfeiture is proportionate to the nature and severity of the breach. Any withdrawal requests pending at the time of closure due to confirmed fraud or terms violation will be cancelled.
